PSW's Change Management initiative plays a key role in supporting the country’s transition toward a fully digitalized cross-border trade environment. It is designed to help stakeholders understand and adopt the PSW system effectively through awareness, engagement, and capacity-building sessions.

To support smooth onboarding and digital adoption, PSW’s Change Management team prepares a monthly training calendar that outlines all upcoming sessions conducted nationwide.

To ensure accessibility and convenience, PSW conducts training sessions in online, onsite, and hybrid formats, held on a regular basis.

The initiative provides tailored training and support to a wide range of stakeholders, including:

SMElevate: Strengthening SME Capabilities for International Markets

To strengthen the role of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in global trade, PSW, in collaboration with Alibaba.com, has launched SMElevate, a nationwide capacity-building initiative that provides SMEs with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to expand internationally. The program offers targeted training through webinars, seminars, and workshops delivered online, on-site, and hybrid formats, addressing sector-specific needs in areas such as export readiness, digital trade platforms, and business development.

As part of its outreach, SMElevate sessions have been conducted in Karachi, Lahore, and Sialkot, engaging SMEs from key sectors such as textiles, apparel, sports equipment, surgical goods, medical devices, entertainment, etc. By enhancing SME capabilities and encouraging digital adoption, the initiative supports a more competitive business environment and contributes to Pakistan’s economic growth. Going forward, the initiative will expand to include more cities, further broadening its impact.

PSW Training Partnership Program

Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is offering a unique opportunity for experienced training organizations to collaborate in building the capacity of stakeholders engaged in cross-border trade. As part of its mission to digitalize and simplify trade, PSW is transforming Pakistan’s trading landscape by reengineering, automating, and integrating procedures across Customs and other government agencies, making trade faster, more transparent, and cost-effective.

Through this partnership, selected training organizations will be authorized to deliver PSW training programs to a growing network of over 80,000 traders and businesses across Pakistan. Operated under a revenue-sharing model, the program offers partners increased visibility, nationwide outreach, and the chance to contribute meaningfully to a digitally enabled, globally competitive trade ecosystem.
