Upcoming Training Sessions - Tentative Schedule
To support smooth onboarding and digital adoption, PSW’s Change Management team prepares a monthly training calendar that outlines all upcoming sessions conducted nationwide.
To ensure accessibility and convenience, PSW conducts training sessions in online, onsite, and hybrid formats, held on a regular basis.
The initiative provides tailored training and support to a wide range of stakeholders, including:
- Importers and exporters
- Customs and clearing agents
- Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
- Banks and financial institutions
- Chambers of commerce and trade associations
- Government bodies
- Other entities involved in cross-border trade
By breaking down complex digital processes into simple and actionable steps, the Change Management team ensures that all users are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the PSW platform confidently, contributing to a more efficient, transparent, and inclusive trade ecosystem.
SMElevate: Strengthening SME Capabilities for International Markets
To strengthen the role of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in global trade, PSW, in collaboration with Alibaba.com, has launched SMElevate, a nationwide capacity-building initiative that provides SMEs with the knowledge, skills, and tools needed to expand internationally. The program offers targeted training through webinars, seminars, and workshops delivered online, on-site, and hybrid formats, addressing sector-specific needs in areas such as export readiness, digital trade platforms, and business development.
As part of its outreach, SMElevate sessions have been conducted in Karachi, Lahore, and Sialkot, engaging SMEs from key sectors such as textiles, apparel, sports equipment, surgical goods, medical devices, entertainment, etc. By enhancing SME capabilities and encouraging digital adoption, the initiative supports a more competitive business environment and contributes to Pakistan’s economic growth. Going forward, the initiative will expand to include more cities, further broadening its impact.
