Mr. Sohaib is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of hands-on expertise in handling diverse portfolios like Employee Journey, Business Partnership, Talent Management, Digitalization & Cultural transformation, Performance Management & Rewards, HR & Admin operations, Health & Safety and Organizational Design with fast paced companies like Jazz and Ufone. He has extensive experience in managing and aligning the HR department with the organization’s vision and his last assignment was with Ufone as Sr. Business Growth Partner.

Mr. Sohaib holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in Business Administration along with HR certifications from SHL learning UK, Gem international and Carlton Advance Management Institute, USA. In addition to his academic and professional profile, he has exposure to various projects with companies like British American Tobacco, Karandaz, Agriculture Department Punjab etc. as a HR consultant.
